CD Automatic Response

On my WinXP box, whenever I insert a data CD,
it opens a window showing me the contents,
even though I have:
My Computer -> Right Click Drive D: -> Properties ->
AutoPlay Tab -> Mixed content
set to"Take no action". How can I stop it from
opening a window, do doing anything else?
