ATI 6.1 inf error driver not found...

Hi all.....

Trying to update the driver for my x1900xtx - but get the following error
when I install the 32 but drivers:
ATI 6.1 inf error driver not found...
any advice welcome - with current drivers the card underperforms in quake 4

in ccc drivers are listed as:

The 6.1 driver predates the X1900 and thus does not support the card.
According to HardOCP, http://www.hardocp.com/article.html?art=OTUzLDM= ,
review sites used beta drivers v8.203.3. Use the drivers on the CD included
with your card.
