Appointments an hour off

Nate Weldon

I just installed a new exchange server, along with it
Outlook 2003. Every time somebody sets up a new apointment
all ofthe attendees get the request but the start time is
an hour earlier than the start time the person who is
requesting the appointment had set the meeting up for. For
example, I invite people to a lunch meeting at 11:30 and
send out the invite, but everyone who receives it thinks
that appointment is at 10:30. Anyone have any idea why
this is? This didn't happen in outlook 2000.

Thanks.

Check your time zone setting in Outlook. Go to Tools, Options, Calendar
Options, Time Zones. Make sure the box for "automatically adjust for
daylight savings time" is checked.
