I uninstalled AOL 9.0 beacuse i though we didn't use it. Turns out we need
it to play on pogo.com. Is there any way of getting this back and working?
There is a file that came up AOL Saved PFC after i did the uninstalling, but
I don't know what to do.

Need more info but if your using Windows XP you could do a system restore to
before you removed AOL 9.0 if it has not been too long ago. Or you could
just get a AOL 9.0 disk and install it back on your computer. Or download
AOL 9.0. Take your pick.

System restore does not back up files and folders so it would be of no use.

You don't need AOL to play on Pogo (unless AOL was your Internet Service
Provider). If you have a different ISP, then normally all you need to
play on Pogo is Java and possibly Shockwave.

Get the Shockwave player from www.adobe.com.
Get Java from Sun, here:
