AOL Media Player

Alright yall, I am uncertain wether or not this is the right place to post
this. I have a customer with AOL on a XP HE computer. What is going on is
very strange. He has AOL over broadband. In his AOL he can't open up any
videos from AOL. When he clicks on them it opens up the AOL Media Player
page but all you can see is the left is a white window where the video should
be and the right is a gray window where the video list should be. They are
both blank. Now in Internet Explorer we go to the same page and click on an
AOL video and it opens AOL Media Player and has everything in the proper
places and it all works. I don't get what is goin on. We have uninstalled
and reinstalled the following as told to by AOL Tech Support: Windows Media
Player, Internet Explorer 6 and 7, AOL 9.0 SE and VR. If anyone has any
ideas thanks in advance I really appreciate it.

Thanks,

Joe

This is not a Windows XP issue. It is a AOL issue and if I were you I would go back to AOL and ask for a Higher level support than the ones that answer you on call in. Most do not know nothing apart from re-installing and hoping that fixes things.
Unfortunately with AOL perks like this is normal. Best solution for fixing issues with computers that have AOL installed is to remove it and go with another service.
