How do i retrieve e mail saved on my pc that i had from aol
I changed phone companies from att to talk america as a trial "for thirty
days or free"
After speaking with tech suport from both talk america and aol, realized
that aol 9.0 security edition was not compatiable with talk america so, I
switched back, I had a lot of incoming e mail on my pc which i thought it
would be until i deleted it.
however both co techs told me to re install the aol 9.0 security edition to
see if that would work, well it didn't and I switched back and when i did i
could not find any of my saved e mail, I had a lot of important documents
including tax info, I can not find it could anyone help,
thank you
Andy
For what it's worth talk america did not keep their word/promise about
trying it or free, they said if I don't pay it it would go on my credit
report and was double what they said it was going to be so I paid it

Any mail still on the server can be retrieved through webmail. Just go
to http://www.aol.com, sign in and get your mail. Older emails on your
system can possibly only be seen by running AOL. But here's a Google
Groups search on the subject.. you might find an idea or two there:

http://groups.google.com/groups?q=aol+retrieve+mail&
