what would my incoming and outgoing mail servers be for outlook express???

when i am configuring outlook express, i do not know what my incoming and outgoing mail servers would be. I have Windows XP pro, and i check my e-mail through AOL online. Could anyone tell me what i could put down so that Outlook express would work? it would make life alot easier for me. Thank you

Maybe try *gasp* contacting your isp and asking what the
servers names are? Wait noooo thats to easy.
