I am trying to use my Samsung phone thats requires Outlook for it's use. I
have outlook 2000 on my computer. When I try and set up my mail account on
outlook, I put in my name, my hotmail address and then it goes to the
connection wizard and asks my incoming mail server and POP3 is there, then it
asks for incoming and outgoing servers and I don't have a clue what those
are, I am on Time Warner for my ISP and they said that they aren't able to
help with Outlook, can anyone help me please?

Unless you have a Hotmail Plus or Premium account, it is unlikely that
you'll be able to use Hotmail with Outlook 2000. Moreover, even if you
could you would not be able to sync your phone with Hotmail through Outlook
2000. Instead, access Hotmail directly from your phone. See this:

Ask for accessing your Time Warner mailbox with Outlook, if they offer one,
that should be on the mail help web pages for Time Warner. The settings are
similar to those of Outlook Express.
