After SP3 Upgrade can't boot normally

I can boot into Safe Mode with access to internet. But I get a BSOD when I
try to boot normally. The BSOD disappears too quickly to read. I am able to
view the following event log:
The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load: AmdK8
AvgLdx86 AvgMfx86 FipsThe following boot-start or system-start driver(s)
failed to load: AmdK8 AvgLdx86 AvgMfx86 Fips.

Error message after you upgrade a computer that uses a processor other than
an Intel processor to Windows XP Service Pack 2 or to Windows XP Service
Pack 3: "STOP: 0x0000007E"
