Issues w/ SP2

I just installed SP2, and when I rebooted after a seemingly successful
install, I just got the BSOD. I can start in safe mode, and I looked
at the event viewer, and there were the following errors:
1. The DCHP Client depends on the NEtBT service which failed to start
because of the following error: A device attached to the system is not
functioning.
2. The DNS client service depends on the TCP/IP Protocol Driver
service which failed to start because of the following error: A device
attached to the system is not functioning.
3. The TCP/IP NetBIOS helper service depends on the AFD networking
support environment service which failed to start...etc.
4. The IPSEC Services service depends on the IPSEC driver service
which failed to start...
5. The following boot-start or system-start drivers failed to load:
AFD
AmdK8
Fips
IPSec
MRxSmb
NetBios
NetBT
RasAcd
RdbssTcpip
WS2IFSL
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The stop errors listed on the BSOD are these: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005,
0xF783C750, 0xF7A77430, 0xF7A7712C)

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, it sounds like this is what it was, because I took the hard
drive out of an intel system and stuck it in an AMD. Should I just
delete intelppm.sys? The article didnt say what to do.

But...that doesn't answer my question. Will deleting intelppm.sys fix
the problem? Everything works fine on my computer running SP1. Only
SP2 messes it up.
