Service Pack 2 is destroying me

I installed service pack 2 about a month ago and it messed up my video
drivers, so i did a system restore prior to installing service pack 2,
reloaded my video drivers and all was fine, now a month later i reinstalled
service pack 2 and im getting all these errors.
1)The SYMTDI service depends on the TCP/IP Protocol Driver service which
failed to start because of the following error:
A device attached to the system is not functioning.
2)The DHCP Client service depends on the NetBios over Tcpip service which
failed to start because of the following error:
A device attached to the system is not functioning.
3)The DNS Client service depends on the TCP/IP Protocol Driver service which
failed to start because of the following error:
A device attached to the system is not functioning.
4)The TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper service depends on the AFD Networking Support
Environment service which failed to start because of the following error:
A device attached to the system is not functioning.
5)The IPSEC Services service depends on the IPSEC driver service which
failed to start because of the following error:
A device attached to the system is not functioning.
6)The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
AFD
ATITool
Fips
IPSec
MRxSmb
NetBIOS
NetBT
Processor
prodrv06
RasAcd
Rdbss
SAVRTPEL
Tcpip

Can somebody please tell me how i can unistall service pack 2 so that i go
back to my orginal settings, or correct these errors so that service pack 2
will not conflict. Thanks
 
Sounds like a device attached to the system is not functioning. Sorry.

You don't mention what graphics card you're using. Visit their website and
look for new drivers.
