Administrator trouble

Hi all. Last night I completely screwed up my computer somehow. I was
trying to set up a network between my living room computer and my
bedroom laptop. Somehow through trying to set up this network on my
living room computer (giving the network a name, and so forth), I
think I created a new user account. When I finished the network setup,
windows prompted me to restart my computer, which I did. When my
computer rebooted, it would only let me log on with the name I gave
for the network, which is Leahcim. Leahcim was not one of the user
accounts on this computer. Now I can only log in or off as Leahcim and
shut down my computer. It will not let me switch users, saying I have
to have an Administrator's account. When I try to do anything, system
restore, change anything, it says I have to have an Administrator's
account. It won't let me do anything. How can I get my real user
accounts back?

I just tried to ctrl/alt/del and it gives me a screen I've never seen
before. My options are: lock computer, change password, log off, task
manager, shut down, cancel. When I choose log off, I go right back to
the login screen (which also looks completely different) where only
this new Leahcim account will work. None of the other three user
accounts/passwords (one of which is the Administrator account) will
work. Any ideas?

Boot into safe mode by tappin F8 as the computer boots and log in as
administrator and see what accounts are there.
