Sharing BCM Database with other computers on a network

I am trying to share my BCM database with the other computers on our network.
When I click Business Contact Manager > Database Tools > Share Database and
select the option "I want to share my data" it says that "Only and
administrator on this computer can allow users on other computers to access
your data." and will not let me select the option for sharing with other
computers in my network. I am logged on with the only user account on the
computer which is set as an administrator account. How can I get BCM to
recognize this so I can share with the other computers?

Try starting Outlook as Administrator. Right-click on the icon and
choose "Run as Administrator"

You really need to mention the operating system in your post. I have to
assume either Vista or Win 7.
