User Account Picture

I know this is a minor thing, but it annoys me. I want to change my picture
on my start menu and it won't let me. I'm the administrator so what's up?
The help screen says this:

"Your computer must be a member of a workgroup or a stand-alone computer to
add pictures to user accounts. User account pictures are not available on
computers that are members of a network domain".

Is there anyway around this? I want a different picture!!

Apparently your computer is set up as a member of a domain. If this is
the case, see your IT Dept. If it is a standalone computer, you've set
it up incorrectly. Look on the Computer Name tab in the Control Panel
System applet. What does it say - member of a domain or Workgroup?

While I am set up as a "workgroup" and not a member of a domain, in the
system applet, I still don't seem able to change the picture. I can't figure
this out... weird. Any help to this annoying issue would be appreciated!
Thanks for the help!

Sorry, I meant to add, this is a personal computer at my home. Not a
business thing where I'm set to a network or have more than one computer.
Don't know if that makes a difference in how to fix this...

I'm really not sure, but try:
Start>Run>regsvr32 shimgvw.dll [enter]

Can you change the picture now?

Go to Control Panel, User Accounts (use "classic" view of the control
panel - its easier to find the User Account applet), select your account and
change the picture there.
