Adding to design template

Hello

I would like to add a sub-title box under the Master title on the
master slide of my presentation.

Ideally, I want this to show up on every slide with as "Click to edit
sub title style", so that users can simply type in the subtitle, the
same way it does on for the Master title.

Unfortunately you cannot add placeholders in PowerPoint. What you see is what
you get. One work around is to create a basic slide with a text box formatted
for the slide sub-title. Then duplicate that slide and modify it each time you
need it.
