PP 2003 - Applying title master to slide

I created a presentation in which the slide master was the template for all
slides. Then I thought I should change the title slide design, so I created a
Title Master that is slightly different from the Slide Master.

How do I apply the Title Master to the first slide of my presentation? The
Title Master's design does not show up in the Slide Design task pane.
