Add/Remove Windows components problem

Dear friend,

I have a problem with the add/remove feature in my
Windows XP and I cannot activate it.
The error message I am getting is:
"Setup library zoneoc.dll could not be loaded, or
function ZoneSetupProc could not be found. Contact your
system administrator. The specific error code is 0x7e."

Can you please help?

Hi,

ZoneGames=zoneoc.dll,ZoneSetupProc,igames.inf,,7

Go to Windows/INF/Sysoc.inf and see if it is listed here. If so, remove the
word hide, but leave the commas.

I finaly discovered the file (it wasn't as easy...but I
managed!) However, I still have the same problem with the
add/remove feature and I still get the same error message.
Isn't that weird? What should I do? Should I reboot?
