Add Remove Windows Component Error!!

I get Error when I try to add/remove : Windows Component !
Windows XP set up was unable to open information file : wmaccess.inf ! Contact your system adminstrator
The Specific error code is : Ox2 at line 201180659
The application couldn't be innitialized !
I'm an Adminstrator !! lo

Open the computer management tool in admin tools (in control panel) Select event viewer then check system then app. Should list your error. Once you've found it dbl clck it and follow the links to fix it.
