Can't access Add/Remove Windows Componets

I get an error every time I try to access the "Add/Remove windows Componets" menu. It is

"Setup was unable to open information file wmaccess.inf COntact your system administrator. The specific error code is 0xe0000002 at line 0.

If anyone can help me, that would be great. Thanks.
