Add Remove Windows Component Error!!

Hi
I get Error when I try to add/remove : Windows Component !!
Windows XP set up was unable to open information file : wmaccess.inf ! Contact your system adminstrator.
The Specific error code is : Ox2 at line 2011806598
The application couldn't be innitialized !!
I'm an Adminstrator !! lol
