Error Message when trying to open Add/Remove Windows Components

I have tried to open Add/Remove Windows Components from
the Set Program Access and Defaults tab of the Start
menu; however when I click on that tab I get the
message "Setup was unable to open information file
wordpad.inf. Contact your system administrator. The
specific error code is 0x2 at line 2011777033." What does
that mean, and how can I fix it? Thanks!
