ActiveX Help and Support Center

Clicking any choices available in XP Pro SP2's Help and
Support Center results in a Microsoft Internet Explorer
pop-up warning with this message: "Your current security
settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page.
As a result, the page may not display correctly."

The problem remains after I've changed all ActiveX options
under all four Web content zones found by clicking Tools |
Internet Options | Security.

Surely Microsoft wants its XP SP2 users to have full
access to all pages and links within the Help and Support
Center. What changes can I make to eliminate the pop-up
warning? TIA
