Activate and register Windows

I had installed Win XP Home Edition on my system, after which I activated as
well as registered via internet. Afterwards, I had a system crash and had to
repair WinXP. Do I need to activate and register Windows again? Also, I can't
see the Activate Windows option under Start->All
Programs->Accessories->System Tools.

Any help appreciated.

Whether or not you need to reactivate depends on how you tried to repair it.
What precisely did you do?

You can attempt reactivation by copying this line into a run prompt:

%SYSTEMROOT%\system32\oobe\msoobe.exe /A

If it is unnecessary, it will simply tell you that the installation is
already activated.
