Activating & Registering

I installed WinXP & Office 2003 and activated the product online. At that
time, I opted not to register, since it was optional. Also, I've no problem
downloading Windows & Office updates without registering. Are there any
benefits of registering, other than getting Microsoft's promotional e-mails?

How do I register now, having already activated the product and opted not to
register.
