Access Can't start the OLE server...?

Hi - I'm doing an online course on Access, and I'm trying to export a HTML Document. When I've clicked on OK at the HTML Output Options box, it tells me that I need to reinstall the OLE server to register it correctly. I'm concerned, as this is a fairly new laptop and I'm nervous of installing anything that I shouldn't.....and I presumed that this kind of thing would already be installed...? Thanks for any advice.
