Acer310p on XP

Installed Acer prisa 310p .All photo software finds it ,
PC says installed as checked in Cams and scanner folder
but when I try to aquire it says it cant find it, (on
para port). Win mess did say TWAIN error (as I do not
know what that means either!) Any suggestions, that means
I can keep it and not buy new one!

If you have not already done so go to
http://www.benq.com/drivers/imaging_drivers.html and download the
latest Windows XP drivers for your 310P and install them.

BenQ is the new brand name for Acer peripherals such as scanners and
monitors.

My 610P works just fine with XP since I installed the updated drivers.
