9.0 WONT REINSTALL

AUNTWEENIE

i have win xp pro, 256 ram, 40 gb, 52% filled hard drive,
and 98% free (memory?)i have had 9.0 every since it came
out, i have to install and reinstall windows alot because
of booting and rebooting problems( i also believe i had a
bad disk)one day the aol screen did not load all the way,
i clicked ok to the aol has encountered a problem please
close, well a message appeared again and said uninstall
9.0 and reinstall well i tried several disks and even on
line and aol 9.0 wont reinstall, i had to put 8.0 back on.
i try to install it on the windows sign on screen and the
screen will flicker and says 9.0 is not compatible with
winxp! i have had it all these months, any ideals out
there? when i uninstall, i always completely clear it out,
i called aol, no help!, the little icon that comes on my
desktop, says please try again or call this number for
assistance, i called, ha ha no help

Oh well . You know what they say about AOL " AO HELL ", have you tried
changing ISP`s where you don`t have to install Bloated inferior program to
access the internet.

I'm afraid you'll need to contact AOL's tech support for resolution
of problems with (or caused by) their product; Microsoft has no
control over AOL's product quality (or lack thereof).
