Fron teh last update, my outllok don't allow mi to send any mail, rplaying
with tihs message: 530 Delivery not allowed to non-local recipient, try
authenticating
I check my e-mail accout by configuration test ad it works well.
Please, some body could help me to fix this inconvenient.

What update for what version of Outlook? Did you try as suggested already;
enable authentication?

I have tried to enable authentication SMPT; but the problem still persists.
It last update of OS is Windows XP (KB912919)
The last update of Office is Outlook 2003 (KB905648)
I’m using Panda Internet Security 9.02.01
Looking forward to more suggestions,

It's on the Outgoing Server tab of your account properties pages.
