Outlook 2003 error message

I am recieving this error message when i attempt to send
email messages to any other site outside of my own email
provider "I.E. myself"

Any help?

530 delivery not allowed to non-local recipient, try

Did you do what the message requests? Did you check the authenticate to
outbound server setting?
