530 Delivery not allowed to non-local recipient, try authenticating

I can't send messages to other e-mails but I do receive e-
mails. The error message is:

"530 Delivery not allowed to non-local recipient, try
authenticating"

I'll aprreciate anyones help.

You need to authenticate to your SMTP server in your account properties. If
you aren't sure how to do this, contact your ISP -
