email not being delivered to more than one recipient when delivery notification requested

I have Outlook 2002 and Windows XP Home, and I'm using DSL. I have
tried checking the delivery notification box under Options for sending
an email, but when I do that for emails that have more than one
recipient, not only is there no delivery notification, but the email
itself is not delivered to any of the recipents. Outlook shows that
the email as sent (there is a copy of the email message in the Sent
folder). But none of the recipients receive the email and no delivery
notification is received in my Inbox. However the email is sent and
there is a delivery notification received if I have only one recipient
in the email "TO" box.
What do I do?
Thank you !!!

is your isp filtering email? does it work to the group if you don;t request
receipts? if not, does the isp have a limit to the number of people you can
send to at once?
