2000 Installer

Win 2000 has just been updated to service pack 3. Now I can't seem to install
any programs. Adobe reader returns the error "-858993460 Internal error in
Windows installer. I get the error "An error occurred when trying to run the
program D:\insunsetup.exe" when trying to install Norton System Works. Does
Service Pack 4 come with an updated Windows installer?

I think that SP4 comes with msi v2.0. try "msiexec /? or /help" from a DOS
window.

You may want to inmstall the msi engine again:
