0x80080299 Validation Incomplete: Unable to Perform Validation

I followed the MVP steps and I can not get past the validation to do my
rollup !!!!


GRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the programmer of the validator needs to be shot and his dog run over to
wake him from that caffine high from not working out the logic..... its now
going on 2 weeks and unable to perform any updates and if he WGA or what ever
forces me to call microsoft and pay for what ever reason then he deserves to
be fired and I should be compentsated for my downtime for not having the
security i am missing.....

Where can I download the Probe to scan my pc so I can post the result back to
you?


I'll do anything just to get it fixed asap!!!!!!

Locate the file:

C:\ Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Windows Genuine
Advantage\data\data.dat

and delete it. Reboot, send your browser to http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/
and click "Validate Windows".
