Validation Incomplete: Unable to Perform Validation [0x80080299]

I recently repaired a XP Pro install and successfully validated XP and
grabbed IE 7 and other updates without any problems. But, the system was
still flaky, so I reloaded on another hard drive, I was going to migrate info
from the old drive. However, this load will not validate. I get this message
"Validation Incomplete: Unable to Perform Validation [0x80080299]" I am
certain tht the key is legit.
Any help????
