[HLEP!]STILL Unable to validate!!

When I try to use Windows Update it prompts me to validate for windows
genuine software and comes back with the Validation Incomplete: Unable to
Perform Validaton [0x80080299] message.

Passed Active scripting allowed
Passed Display images enabled
Passed Computer time and date correct
Passed ActiveX enabled
Failed ActiveX controls loading
Failed ActiveX controls connect with Microsoft validation servers

anyone can give me some hints of ActiveX of the Validation~~~I can not
install it !!

Instead of putting MS' spyware/malware on your computer, configure
Automatic Updates to "download but let me decide what to install" and do
it that way.
