This Page Cannot be Displayed on Secure site

I am trying to access a Secure site for Banking and I can
access it from Netscape, but not IE6. I have downloaded
the latest updates, but it still does not work. I have
deleted cookies, history, and temp files. I can login form
my Administrator account in SafeMode, but not from regualr
mode in my account.
