DNS Error for secure site

IE6 SP1 (128-bit Cipher)
W2K SP4

I am receiving this error on one secure site I need to access. I am able
to access any other secure site. I am able to access the site from a
different computer on the network. I am also able to get to the site
with Mozilla, but there are parts of this site that is not compatible,
and I need IE to make it work right.

So far, I have deleted cookies, deleted temp Internet files, cleared
history, and reinstalled IE6 (using instructions in KB318378). In
Internet Options I have added the site as a Trusted Site, changed the
Privacy setting to "Low" and under Advanced set everything back to
default. I also unchecked "Enable third-party browser extensions".

I have also tried a different profile on my computer, ran "sfc /scannow"
and downloaded, installed, updated, and ran AdAware and Spybot. None of
this is working, and I cannot access this site.

Any other ideas to try?

I have been to this site before and tried most of the items listed. I
always skiped the part for XP (KB#813444), but decided to try it out.
After re-registering the list of .dll files, it started working again.
