Hello, Starting on August 19th I noticed that my comp
started to slow down a lot. Today a friend helped me find
out the cause but he doesnt know what the file is. I
searched the knowledge base of mircrosoft.com and found
nothing with xp, but with other microsoft programs. I can
turn if off use the end processes, however, it continues
to come back on when i restart my comp. I was wondering
if anyone knew anything about this execution file,
tcpsvcs.exe and if they could give me any insight onto
preventing it from eating up all of my cpu usage. Thank
