Service Pack 2 Problem

I have just upgraded to SP2 and have encountered a
problem. When I try an open the Control Panel I get the
following message "An error occurred while windows was
working with the Control Panel file C:\WINDOWS\system32
\netsetup.cpl." . I tried uninstalling SP2 (ie going back
to SP1) and the problem disappeared. After re-installing
SP2, the problem was back.

SO,ahhh delete SP2,you'll have no sp1.Now go to your
computer manufacture website and look for updates for you
computer, make sure you get them for the correct
model#,download them,then download SP2.If this mo fixa

From a previous post:

"I also had problems with netsetup.cpl causing error messages when I tried
opening control panel. I just deleted the file from the c:\windows\system32
folder running in safe mode, and all is fine now!"
