I have started getting an error message everytime I
attempt to enter my control. The message reads "An error
occurred while Windows was working with the Control Panel
file C:\WINDOWS\system32\netsetup.cpl" If anyone has any
idea on how to fix this, please post the solution. I ran
a check / search and was not able to come up with
anything related. There were a few things that were close
but not exact.

I have been having the same problem, after I installed the SP2, my display
settings were different, when I went to change them in control panel, I got
the same message. I have been searching for answers too.
