Try this fix first:go to start > my computer > C: >
windows folder(at any point it may say there hidden,click
show anyway) > system32 folder > netsetup icon doble
click it(it's for networking) > click yes > run through a
network setup,then try the control panel again.If that
don't work 2:Boot into safe mode by shut your computer
off and when you start it pump the F8 key till the
safemode screen starts > go in as administrator > go to
control panel > add/remove > remove SP2 > reboot into
windows,it will work now.And shut off your auto update
feature and wait 4 weeks before loading SP2 again,by then
all the bugs should be fixed for it.
