error message

When going to the control panel, I get the
message "Windows experience a problem with
C\windows\system32\netsetup.cpl"

What causes this problem and how can I correct it?

Hi,

Try reinstalling the network driver. Have you installed SP2 ? Please
visit the manufactures web site for any driver updates. MS has almost 40
application that conflicts with SP2.
