error message

I am getting the following error message "An error
occured while windows was working with the control panel
file c:\windows\system32\netsetup.cpl"

What does this mean and how can I correct the problem?

I hadn't seen your message and just posted the same
thing. Rolling back to SP1 solves it, so it definitely a
SP2 issue.
