Redemption.dll could not be installed or loaded

Hi,

After uninstalling a 3rd party software, I have been receiving error prompts
everytime i launch microsoft outlook. The message is:

"The add-in "C:\WINDOWS\system32\Redemption.dll could not be installed or
loaded."

Can someone shed some light on how i can rectify this issue? Thanks.

Remove the link to the add-in manually;
Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> button Advanced Options...-> button COM
Add-Ins/Add-In Manager
