Programs not loading at start up of Office Outlook

Does anyone know how to get rid of a message I receive before Outlook boots up.

After getting Microsoft and Norton Antivirus updates I started getting a
message which read: "C:\Program Files\Hotbar\bin\4.5.1.0\Redemption.dll"
could not be installed or loaded.

Using detect and repair in the Help menu did not work.
Uninstalling all Adware.Hotbar files did not work.
Reinstalling Office Outlook did not work. In fact I now get a second
message which reads:
"C:\PROGRA~1\Hotbar\bin\451~1.0\SBOLExt.dll" now also comes up.

Do a Google search on "hotbar" and you will find various sites that
offer removal tools for the Hotbar adware.
