How do I eliminate a Hotbar add-in notice on opening Outlook?

When I open Outlook 2003, I get the following note " The add-in
"C:\PROGRA~1\Hotbar\bin\450~1.0\SBOLExt.dll" could not be installed or
loaded. Problem may be resolved with Detect and Repair on the Help menu."

I have reloaded Outlook to no avail. Anyone who knows how to get out of
this merry-go-round please let me know.

Sounds like you have spyware loaded. Run "Spybot Search and Destroy",
"Microsoft Anti-spyware" or "Adware" on your PC. No harm checking for
spywares. These are free anti-spyware programs. You may need to do more
work by editing the Windows registry if you need to. Good luck!

Check in Tools/Options look for addins, if there is a relevent entry untick
it
Then use, as well as SpyBot, lavasoft Adaware, update both before running
