Microsoft outlook popup says program~1\spambl could not be instal

When logging into outlook, popup says;
C:\PROGRA~1\SPAMBL~1\Bin\475~1.0\SBOLExt.dll could not
be install or loaded. Problem maybe resolved by using Detect & Repait on
Help Menu. Unable to load.

How do I correct this error popup?

Aloha Rose,

Sounds like you've added a third-party anti-spam tool to your Outlook. What
version of Outlook are you using? Have you tried going to Control Panel |
Add/Remove Programs, look for something with a name that starts with SpamBL
- probably SpamBlaster - and remove it.
