Where can I access Add ins that haven't been installed or loaded?

When I try to e-mail a file from Excel this is the message I get. Detect &
Repair does no good. Other than not knowing anything about computers, can
someone tell me "what's my problem"?

The add in "C:\Progra~1\Spambl~1\Bin\471~1.0\Sbolext.dll could not be
installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect & Repair
on Help Menu.

Open Outlook and select Tools > Options > Other > Advanced Option button >
COM Addins and remove the hotbar addin. If it is not listed, then the path
reference will be in registry under:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins

Try erasing the file named extend.dat (make sure outlook is closed first)

Might also check to ensure the dll isn't listed at:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Exchange\Client\Extensions

Hey

unregister the dll. By going to Start>>Run

regsvr32 /u "C:\Progra~1\Spambl~1\Bin\471~1.0\Sbolext.dll"

If the unregister succeeded, then you should not get the error message
when you try to email from Excel
