outlook 2002 message

when opening outlook 2002 The following message comes up This addin
"C\PROGRAM1\SPAMBL~1\BIN\471~1.0\SBOLExt.dll" could not be installed or
loaded. I have tried detect and repair then looked in Outlook's
tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>Add-In Manager. unchecked the spam
blocker - now thw message does not come up nut did I do myself any harm?

No, that is correct. If you don't use the add-in make sure it is also
uninstalled from Control Panel-> Add/Remove Software
If you do want to use it I recommend reinstalling it or check it for updates
