Thank you Ben and Steven! :) :) :)
There may be a webpage coming for it depending on whether or not Susan
wishes to create one.... but until then, just right click the link above and
select "Sace target as ...")

I think I'll wait a few day - to let ACF participants have first crack
at the ISO - then revise the CD web page and upload duplicate web pages
to the PL site and the ISO site.

IIRC you said *unlimited* bandwidth - I have a feeling that claim is
about to be put to the test. ;)

After the 4th attempt to download the file and having the server time-out on
me I gave up. Be sure to let us know when it gets put onto a reliable
server.

While I can appreciate your suggestion, I don't feel it's valid in my case.
I've downloaded ISO's before and not had problems with them. Probably some
big fish nibbling on it as it crossed the pond.

I don't personally use download managers myself either (occasionally use my
own custom built file downloader, but thats only when necessary), but I
can't see anything that would suggest a problem with the server, so is the
only thing I can think of \

I don't know how "reliable" your server is Steven, but I downloaded
PW2004 in 57 minutes using leechget. It just finished 5 minutes ago.
Being an interested party I just had to see.

The only thing I can see is long distance downloads. I sometimes, not
often, have problems with downloads from the UK or AUS. I'll just give it a
couple days and take another shot at it.

Oh right......(

If possible, let me know how you get on (I'll see about finding another
server as a mirror thats closer to the US in the meantime)

I downloaded and installed Star Downloader, after noticing that it will
take more than an hour to download it with plain DSL. When I set up
Star to get it for me, I then noticed that it took only 22 minutes off
the estimated download time, so Star is not that much of a help.

Many thanks to all involved with PW ISO! Got it, burned it, and I know that
I will use many of the programs for a long, long time! This is definitely
the coolest deal out here!
Again, THANK YOU ALL!

I was finally able to get the complete download.

I had one thread that timed out a couple of times. I haven't check the
whole thing yet but at least it says it's in one piece.
I'm not sure if you are supposed to break it up into separate threads. I
don't think it should be. I'll find out about that also.
